Cincinnati law firm Helmer Martins announces that attorney B. Nathaniel Garrett’s article, “The False Claims Act’s (and Other Statutes’) Nationwide Subpoena Authority Remains Unaffected by the 2013 Amendments to Fed. R. Civ. The FBA is the premier bar association serving the federal practitioner and judiciary. The organization consists of more than 18,000 federal lawyers, including 1,500 federal judges. Regularly, the FBA publishes practice-oriented articles in its SideBAR periodical.
